• All Reservations subject to final approval of owners. We rent to FAMILIES ONLY. RATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY CHECK-OUT OR INCLEMENT WEATHER.
• Group Rates Available
• DEPOSIT of $300.00 required on all weekly reservations. One night deposit on all daily rentals. Deposit will be refunded on weekly rentals with three-week notice; on daily rentals with 7 days notice. All refunds subject to a $15.00 service charge.
• Daily Rentals: $25.00 per day extra on Holidays and Weekends.
• No personal checks on arrival. Visa, MasterCard and Discover accepted.
• FREE Off-Street Parking by Permit.
• Absolutely NO PETS allowed in any unit!
• Conveniently located one block away: Kiddie Playground, Basketball Courts, Skateboard Park, Athletic Fields, Fishing Pier, Grocery, Deli and stores.

Our kitchens include a full size refrigerator, a stove and microwave, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, drip coffeemaker, and toaster. Beding includes mattress pads, pillows, blankets, and spreads. You should supply your own sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, and toiletries. Rental linens and towels are available.

Apartments are cleaned before you check-in. You are responsible for maintaining the unit during your stay and should leave the apartment straightened up before you check-out.
